Wheeler Heights Taxi Maxi, Wheeler Heights, located in the northern part of Sydney, is a suburb in New South Wales, Australia. Wheeler Heights is a suburb in the Northern Beaches region, 22 kilometres north-east of Sydney’s CBD. It is administered by the Northern Beaches Council. Wheeler Heights, originally numbered 2097 as a suburb, became a part of Collaroy as its own town in 1984. In 2001, the names of all cities were changed to Urban Places. In 2011, the Geographical Names Board of New South Wales reinstated Wheeler Heights and Collaroy Plateau as suburbs, despite the fact that the local community has always believed them to be suburbs even after they lost their designation in 1984.
