Pemulwuy Taxi Maxi, In the Australian state of New South Wales, Pemulwuy is a suburb of Greater Western Sydney. In the Cumberland Council local government area, Pemulwuy is situated 30 kilometres west of Sydney’s financial centre. The highest point between the Blue Mountains and Sydney is Prospect Hill, which is in Pemulwuy.
Basalt, dolerite, and blue metal were all widely mined in the area over the previous two centuries. Construction on Pemulwuy, which was formerly part of Prospect and was built on the site of a Boral quarry and CSIRO infrastructure, started in 2004.

In the Prospect region, spotted gum (Corymbia maculata) has also been observed.
The neighborhood’s Prospect Hill rises 117 metres above sea level and is Sydney’s largest volcanic rock structure. The Prospect dolerite intrusion, a product of early Jurassic activity, proves beyond a doubt that the hill is volcanic in origin. The volcanic core’s eroded remains, which over millions of years were worn down to a laccolith in the generally flat districts of western Sydney, are what make up Prospect Hill.
