Moore Park is a tiny neighbourhood in Sydney’s southern suburbs, three kilometres southeast of the city’s central business district, in the Australian state of New South Wales. It is part of the local government region of Sydney.
Moore Park, along with Queen’s Park and Centennial Park, makes up a large component of the Centennial Parklands, a collection of three parks. Centennial Parklands are managed by the Centennial Park & Moore Park Trust, a NSW government entity. The only exception is the property on which the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium are located; both venues are managed by the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust.
