Glenwood taxi maxi cab services Sydney

Glenwood gets its name from two historic homes close by, Sorrento and Norfolk Vale (1846–1882; renamed Glenwood Park in the 1940s) (1882–1941). In 1996, it was officially recognised as a suburb.

As the first place to be built in the Rouse Hill Development region, it is important.

South of the suburb is the Westlink M7 Motorway, which connects to the M2 Hills Motorway. The east side of the suburb is bordered by Old Windsor Road, and the west and north sides are bordered by Sunnyholt Road.
